How to Make a Payment-Related Ticket

General Information

Keep in mind the information below before creating a ticket.

Ticket Creation Eligibility

  • A payment-related ticket can be made for issues about purchases made from the store (e.g. payments that did not go through), the /goldshop command in-game or any other rank-related issues.
  • Gold can only be bought from the store while ranks and rank upgrades can be bought from the store as well as the /goldshop command in-game.
  • Losing an item by dropping it accidentally and similar situations do not make one eligible to make a ticket as it was your own mistake.

Cooperation & Policy

  • Please remain patient and cooperative in your ticket.
  • Explain your issue in-depth and do not leave out any details.
  • We have a strict no-refund policy. If you made a purchase, you cannot ask for a refund or file a chargeback for the payment. If you file a chargeback, you will get banned from the network.

Delivery Time

Generally, all store-bought payments go through in a few minutes, but sometimes it may take longer. Therefore, we recommend waiting for 20 minutes rather than instantly creating a ticket after a purchase. Items are received instantly if bought via /goldshop.

Transaction IDs

A transaction ID is a unique code that is generated every time you make a purchase from our store. Transaction IDs are very important as they can help solve your issue more efficiently. The transaction ID is sent to your email as soon as the payment goes through. All of your previous and present payment history including their transaction IDs and date of purchase from the PikaNetwork store can be viewed HERE.

  • Enter the username that you play on.

Gamemode

  • Select the gamemode where you bought the item.

Transaction ID

  • Enter the transaction ID that was given to you upon your purchase of a store-bought item. Make sure to also enter the exact item that you bought from the store. If you do not have the transaction ID for some reason, you can write 'N/A' as the answer to this question.

Payment Date

  • Enter the date that you made the purchase on or when the issue occurred.

Payment E-mail

  • Enter the email you made the purchase on.
