How to Request a Password Reset

If you are asked to log in while joining for the first time it means an account with that name has already been registered. You are not able to create a password reset request in this case and should choose a different username to join the server with.

Before making a password reset request, make sure you read the points given below:

Make sure you have a PikaNetwork forums account. If you do not, register it by clicking HERE.
Make a password reset request if you have forgotten your password or if your account has been compromised, you can only make a request if you are the one who has registered the account on the server.
Requesting a password reset if you do not own the account, or on behalf of someone else is NOT possible under any circumstances
Do not lie in your request.
Avoid grammar and spelling mistakes.
If you have made a purchase from the store on that account, you will need to provide a valid transaction ID, find your transaction ID HERE.
Do not make multiple requests for the same account. If you do this, you might get banned.

Before making a password reset request, you should try the following commands in-game:

/changepassword oldPassword newPassword newPassword - Change your password if you are still able to log in.
/resetpassword - Change your password if you have linked your email.

If you are unable to recover your account from the above method, follow these steps:

Make sure the account being requested for a password reset was registered by you on the server.
Make sure you have read the above information and that you meet the requirements.
Create a password reset request HERE and fill out the details.
After you have created the request, be patient and wait for a response. Please do not ask staff members to view your request.

Are you a donator?

If you are not a donator select the No - I did not make a purchase from the store option.
If you are a donator (if you have something that was bought from the store), but you have not purchased anything from the store by yourself select the Yes - Somebody else made a purchase from the store for me option. This applies when someone else has brought something for you from the store (e.g. gold, rank upgrades, crate keys, etc.).
If you are a donator and have bought the rank yourself from the store select the Yes - I made a purchase from the store option.

When was the last time you logged in to our server?

State when you last logged onto the server, If you can, state the exact date of when you logged on, if you do not remember then, you can approximate in weeks, months, etc.

Transaction ID

If you made a purchase from the store, provide the transaction ID of the purchase, to find your transaction ID click HERE.
If you have never made a purchase from the store, leave the option blank.
