Pika needs more staff members which are very active because i find that everytime i play practice there will be a hacker ruining the server.

Most are in /v aka vanish mode
If you want to help, record whenever you can so when you encounter a hacker, u will have a video of it, then report them on the forum under ban requests

You can't stop a hacker. Hackers are everywhere. So don't think of something like "recruiting new staff members" or something near to that. :)
