Quicker way? (Melon to Seeds)

By any chance is a there a quicker way to turn Melon into Seeds? im fed up of doing it... it takes sooooo long!

Obviously thats what I do lol, but what I mean is could I put a crafting table under a hopper to make them seeds without me having to do it?
