Yes you allowed to scam donator items.
Like pay me 10million in-game money and i'll give you legendary pick (wich is in fact only eff1)

What is not allowed if u say: Pay me 1$ on paypal and i'll give u Op pick. Because selling items for realmoney (scamm or not) not allowed.
