please be patient!! staff are active on the forums, but they cant always get to everyone within a day. After a week it is reasonable to ask for help, but you need to be patient enough to wait more than a day.

Thunker, Staff doesn't false mute they provide evidence with the punishment so please look over why you got muted and if you appealed please wait for Mercury to review it and he will either accept it or deny it, Be Patient.
