Party System not working

Recently, me and my friend were in a party together on bedwars and When we got into the doubles game we werent in the same team,
We tried multiple games and still we werent in the same team.
is there a way to fix this?

Have you ever tried to disband the party and make your friend make a new one. Me and my friend had the same problem but we fixed it with this way
