Yesterday I had my perm ninja rank, but when i logged in today I was unranked. This happened to many people some even lost their noble ranks.

I highly recommend all of you create a support ticket HERE.

You might lost your rank due duped vouchers or expired payment period.
If you used dupe vouchers for upgrading to higher ranks it might be one of reasons why you lost rank when you re-joined to server.
Duped items apparently not working only might be temperaly glitching and once you log off "perks" gone.

My suggestions:

1) Check if payment period for permament rank expired
2) Take any proofs that confirms that you had own an rank then make support ticket here: https://pika-network.net/support-request/
