How do inmates actually work?
I always obtain 'player heads' labelled as Gems or Reforged Gems from them that I can't claim into my gem storage. It did however produced legit claimable Gems one day and then the next day, as per usual with the player heads production

Yes I can with the reforged ones (green ones) but I can't do anything with the player heads
