I wanted to open pokeballs but it used all my 12 pokeballs but i got reward only from 1

Correct, make sure you open them slower next time.

Well there's nothing we can do about it now since only the developers/owners can give it back to you and they won't do it for this case. You could however make a suggestion to prevent this from happening to other new players(Suggestion to not allow redeeming a pokeball until the current one is claimed)
