Glitch?

I have two diamond picks, one has fortune and the other has silk touch (i'm a skypaladin). Everytime i try to use my silk touch on a ore it doesnt silk it it just breaks it and nothing drops but the material just appears in my inventory. same goes for my fortune pick when i mine a ore with it nothing drop but only one of the material just appears in my inventory.

Currently both Silk Touch and Fortune are bugged and may not work for some users.
I am pretty sure the Devs and staff are aware of this but just in case you might want to repot this bug.

Yeah they aware. This happens to everyone else too unfortunately. Not all the time but there are moments that it happens.

In my viewpoint, I think that this happens when the server gets closer to restarts?

For example, when I mine when it says restart in 30 minutes or whatever, it directly enters my inventory, but after the server restarts (or proxy), the mining drops reoccur.
