Please fix this but or something when you put a destroy rate on book 0% it can still not place a enchant on your item that is so stupid and triggery.
Please do somethink about it

Its suppose to be like that. If a book has destroy rate 0% it means that item(tools, sword, armor etc.) you put that book on shouldn't get destroyed. If a book has 100% success rate it means that it will 100% work on an item you put it on.
