Final Tool Balance Update + Cheap Glass
Detailed description:
Bring the wood -> iron -> gold -> diamond progression of the pickaxe tier system back, but compromise on the prices:
10 iron + 10 iron + 6 gold + 6 gold instead of
10 iron + 20 iron + 6 gold + 12 gold (right now) or
10 iron + 10 iron + 3 gold + 6 gold (in the past).
The price of glass should also be halved to 8 iron. (The axe system isn't as important and works well in the new update as well as the former.)

I'm pretty sure that the recent changes back and forth in the tool shop were based on multiple conflicting objectives in bedwars 4s, that my suggestion harmonizes:
1. it's frustrating for casual players if a gold pick melts away the bed defense without any time to react, which is very easy to aquire with 3 gold since gold spawns quickly in pika, making endstone unreasonably weak
2. games become boring if exorbitantly high prices for reaquiring a diamond pick basically lead to a gamestall until bedbreak if teams have obsidian
3. the use of any higher tier tools for anything else than breaking obsidian becomes pointless if the prices are too high
by keeping iron and diamond upgrades affordable while having a tier between the two that is expensive to aquire but easy to upgrade to diamond to, obsidian is nerfed and endstone buffed, and bedbreaking is balanced and fun.
4. an additional aspect to this is that TNT is overpowered since again, gold spawns quickly and glass is not worth the cost/takes too long to buy due to all iron maps on pika being slow.
We balance tool vs TNT use by making glass affordable, and we also balance wood vs glass as second layers, both being viable options that demand different strategies for breaking.
Gold picks still have to exist because otherwise the diamond upgrade would be too expensive, but they will significantly drop in use compared to the tool shop we had for the past few months.
