OP Lifesteal Cooldown On Rockets Usage

Cooldown On Rockets Usage​

Detailed description:

Recently, I tried GenPVP, and there Spears and Elytra had a 5-second cooldown after every use. I believe adding a similar system could help solve the problem of Elytra hackers on the server.​

After using a Firework Rocket with an Elytra , the player would have to wait 5 seconds before using it again. If they try to use it during the cooldown, it could show:​

You are on cooldown for 5 seconds!

Reason(s):

Because of the increased number of fly hackers who spam auto-aim and rockets, they can easily chase players, break their sets, or kill them. ​

Example(s):

• Elytra: Use 1 Firework Rocket → 5-second cooldown → use another rocket.
• This would reduce constant spamming while still allowing Elytra to be used normally Using windcharges /Lunge flying .
