^ Not true. You could be getting lagbacked, and sometimes (like in the hub) I can't move at all and the "Welcome" message after you logged in comes around 4 seconds later.

Lag is not always on the server's side, it might be your internet connection, the host is in France, that is really far away.
I have made a thread about how to reduce lag, watch it here!
