Yes, you can transfer your ranks and stuff by buying a rank transfer from the store.

It is possible in 2 ways :
1st rank transfer I would only recommend it if you have tons of ranks in every gamemode as its expensive and donot transfer stats.
2nd one is quite easy just choose same name as you used as cracked and login to server and enter /premium but in your case as someone took your ign you can either manually request them to choose some other username or ;-; play from cracked
