Can legend rank use ask pool?

When I bought legend rank,it said I can /afk by pass .But someone said that the system is broken. Can legend rank use afk pool for afking?

they have /afk to inform players that they are away from keyboard but it doesn't mean that they are exempted from getting kicked after being 15 mins idle and afk pool is not allowed in skyblock from @Chairman

Afk pools are NOT allowed in opsb and in classic sb
