Alchemist Rank not working!

I have a Alchemist Rank and if I decide to join this server I would love to use the rank I had spent money on!! Can you please fix this problem!!!

Hmmm, explain it more clearly. You can't use your perks or you don't have your rank?

Alchemist rank + missing their kits and all ranks missing their parks also vote create need to be fixed. Its owner responsibility to fix them but he is not even responding payment related issues.
