Bought Alchemist rank and got no keys or claimblocks

Bought the alchemist rank on survival and got everything but the keys and claim blocks mentioned in the description of the rank package, can someone please help with this the keys are not stored in the chest at spawn check that already as well.

You can use /kit, then click the donator kits, then click the "once" kits to get those keys

Tried that still not working, I right clicked and can see the claim blocks and the keys but i click on them and it wont give me anything

Tried clicking on these as you can see i still only have 191 claim blocks

I found the problem when you pull /kits up there in the wrong spots
