This is an issue I have witnessed, this is caused when a player with a gravestone, dies on the pressure plate / door, which leads to the doors being broken. This issue is getting fixed, I have reported it.

But why are there door and how do you get them if they are in is pickaxe allowed to glitch and hit them so they are in combat???

I suppose if you record the person doing it, it would count as bug abuse?
