Banned because a dumb glitch.

I was playing OP Faction with my friend when he placed a bucket or obsidian wall and I jumped on the first block, I got banned for 10 minutes I tought it was a glitch but when I rejoined it banned me again for a whole hour. How can I get out of there now?

it happen to me too i got ban 1 hour too because you can't move to another place and u can't break the obsidian below you.
But i break my mine
