Op prison warp free

Can I just ask? Why is it that even players that are not FREE can destroy blocks or what in free world, they also allowed to hit(pvp) there. Im just confused because before the reset players that are not free cant destroy. Its fine with me that they can tp there but I think its unfair to those who earn just to be free and go there. And some of them use it to tp kill others. Is it a bug, or is it really allowed now. Thanks! :)

Why would that be allowed? Then you can mine there when you're in rank A?

Players who got free actually teleported non free players in warp free and a lot of them got to sethome and those people who got to sethome teleported more non free players. It's pretty much a mess.
