Hello,my ingame name is Vigilang_Yaksha..I won the West Koth Event and recieved no reward on the crate..You can see it in the logs that i got it..I want the reward and please fix the bug.It happened to a teammate aswell

Was it bought with pika iron/gold? if yes make a payment related ticket.
If not:Open a support ticket.

It's been bugged since the start of the season, i say just make a bug report and wait til it get fixed. (only stronghold gives the rewards so far)

and east koth is working fine aswell. Its only West koth thats bugged
