You may need proof to prove you weren't spamming or flooding by making a punishment appeal HERE.

However, after I looked at the screenshot of your punishment, Repeating the same letter more than once is considered flooding the chat. As if you realize, players with small screens will have lines and lines of the same letter flooding the chat, which is not allowed. You did this a lot, and your punishment is accurate, so there's no point in creating a punishment appeal, although you can try.

Also, make sure to read the Appeal Rules and the Main Rules and understand what is allowed and what is not.

After getting punished, there's no way to get unbanned unless you do a punishment appeal and it gets accepted.
Also, how are we supposed to 'try' to unmute you or 'reduce' your punishment duration to 7 days? It is impossible.
