Do Pika Devs make thier own plugins or use existing free or premium plugins in the server

The Java Developers make custom plugins for the server and the Configurators configure those plugins. The server might use some public core plugins which would be a hassle to remake.

Jartex came first, Pika was obtained by Jartex's owners. It makes sense to bring in some jartex plugins instead of rewriting.
