Missing mystery box?

Just finished a quest, the reward was supposed to be a common mystery box. (refer to the first picture.)

But somehow, I couldn't open any, and that I have 0 boxes to open. (picture 2 for reference.)

Not that it's really important, I just want to know why it's that way to me.
