You can make a suport ticked or if you want a faster notice go on TeamSpeak3
ts3 is were every staff member is when they are online.Poke a staff member and tell him your situation.
And ts3 is free and the IP of pika team speak is ts3.pikacraft.eu
Sometimes it takes longer then you thought that somebody sees your Suport Ticked
