yes it is possible, you can do so by simply walking finding a transfer gem in the oplifesteal gamemode, its pretty easy to find if you look in caves. you can also find it near diamond ores.

You can only transfer gold currency using the /ah command but the receiver must have at least 5 gold in their balance to cover the pikachu tax

Only gold is transferrable.Iron is not and its temporary,lasting for 14d

if iron was transferablle then players would have max ranks in everygamemode by now

No You can transfer Pika Iron, but pika gold is transferable in some gamemodes like OPLS where u can list items for gold and make the other person buy it. But u have a standard gold tax of 5 gold for every listing
