Connection issue

After my connection restarted, I logged back on and kept being kicked by the server saying connection exepction, to connect polar or staff without any further information, after trying few different mc versions, it still doesn't work. Other gamemodes work perfectly well, only survival is kicking...

Key bug

Hello, I recently leveled up to level 61 and the reward was 10 epic crate keys, when I went to the spawn to check I only had 4 epic keys which I had previously on my account. I asked Starhopper Immetiately when I saw the problem and he said to report it on the forum
