Practice server 350-ish players without server problems (please read further)
I don't think It's necessary to have 2 server's for different game modes, because I play Practice myself and I don't notice that much lag most of the times the server is playable at the point that it is, If you have any issues with ping maybe It's because you are too far away from the server's...- InvisibleBody

If you mean the lobby's map, I don't think It's not that necessary, but if you mean for the game modes, I agree because they are very overused over the years and I don't remember a time that they changed a map.- InvisibleBody
