Making ban appeal is an option, although 1 hour bans are simpler to just wait till they expire.

Chunkbusted ichest bug

If I remember correctly, you can place regular chest exactly where ichest was, then it should appear as ichest. Only way to truly break them is either pickup feature or breaking it with axe.
